Designed to improve a competitive swimmer’s technique, efficiency and speed. Swimmers must proficiently swim 25 yards of each of the four strokes. Reinforces and refines mechanics with conditioning, complementing club-team and summer-league swimmers committed to year-round practice.
In addition to swimming, each session emphasizes teaching respect for authority, others and self; challenging students to broaden their knowledge and understanding; instilling self-discipline by adhering to practice and team rules; and stressing the importance of good sportsmanship.
