What to expect

From pre-team fundamentals to competitive speed.

Swimmers practice the more complex components of the four competitive strokes, then refine mechanics, add conditioning and build speed. Aquatic Foundation skills must be demonstrated to enter, and an initial evaluation determines the right level.

Year-round instruction practicing the more complex components of the four competitive strokes. Aquatic Foundation skills must be demonstrated to enter; an initial evaluation determines current skill level.

Competitive Stroke · Sport I & II

45 min 8:1 class Daily Mon–Thu 2 & 4-day options

Designed to improve a competitive swimmer’s technique, efficiency and speed. Swimmers must proficiently swim 25 yards of each of the four strokes. Reinforces and refines mechanics with conditioning, complementing club-team and summer-league swimmers committed to year-round practice.

Our approach

In addition to swimming, each session emphasizes teaching respect for authority, others and self; challenging students to broaden their knowledge and understanding; instilling self-discipline by adhering to practice and team rules; and stressing the importance of good sportsmanship.
