After Basic Training, swimmers develop the fundamentals of strokes and continue building strength and confidence. Choose focused private lessons, or group and class settings that add social skills and structure.

Private lessons for students 5 years and older who do not yet swim independently. Two lessons per week or more are recommended.
After Basic Training, these lessons encourage social skills while maintaining and advancing aquatic skills, introducing the fundamentals of strokes and continuing to develop the strength and confidence of the swimmer.
A year-round program introducing fundamental aquatic skills: floats, glides, breath control, flutter kicking, body position, sculling, rhythm and coordination, so students grow comfortable, confident and efficient in the water.
In addition to swimming, each session emphasizes teaching respect for authority, others and self; challenging students to broaden their knowledge and understanding; instilling self-discipline by adhering to practice and team rules; and stressing the importance of good sportsmanship.
