Inside the level

What this level looks like

Who it is for

Swimmers polishing every stroke, turn, start and finish before the team.

What a lesson looks like

Pre-Team: one hour with a maximum of eight swimmers per instructor, Monday to Thursday.

How long it takes

Orca is where technique is perfected rather than introduced. How long it takes depends on how often a swimmer trains, and Orcas may swim up to five days a week at no additional charge.

What earns the wristband

Orca is complete when technique holds in every kick and stroke, breaststroke and butterfly are developing, and starts, dives and finishes are consistent.
